Four areas of care under one roof, from sexual health and genital surgery to cosmetic procedures and hormone testing, each explained in plain language before anything is booked.

Men rarely arrive with a tidy diagnosis. A man who books for a sexual difficulty often turns out to need hormone testing, and a man who comes in about a foreskin problem sometimes leaves with a plan for weight and blood sugar as well. Splitting a clinic into rigid departments does not match how these problems actually present.
The work here is therefore grouped into four broad areas rather than sold as separate specialities. Sexual health deals with erection, ejaculation and desire. Genital surgery and aesthetics covers circumcision, foreskin conditions and size related procedures. Male cosmetic surgery covers gynaecomastia, body contouring and hair restoration. Wellness covers hormones, weight, energy and routine screening.
Every service below has its own page setting out who it suits, what the assessment involves, what recovery is realistically like and when it is better to leave things alone. Prices are not published because the right operation and the right dose vary from man to man, and quoting a figure before an examination would be dishonest.

View detailsThe questions men ask most often before booking, when they are not yet sure which area of care they need.
Ask a QuestionCare is grouped into four areas. Sexual health covers erection, ejaculation and libido concerns. Genital surgery and aesthetics covers circumcision, foreskin conditions and size related procedures. Male cosmetic surgery covers gynaecomastia, body contouring and hair restoration. Wellness covers hormones, weight and routine screening.
You do not have to work that out on your own. Most men book a general consultation, explain the problem in their own words and are then guided to the right assessment. The concern sometimes turns out to sit in a completely different area, and the plan is changed before anything is booked.
Often yes. Low desire, weight gain and tiredness frequently share a single cause, so testing looks at all three at once. Two surgical concerns can sometimes be handled in one sitting when the healing periods overlap safely. Where combining them raises risk, the steps are staged instead.
Yes. You are seen in a closed room with nobody else present unless you ask for a partner or a family member to sit in. Reports stay confidential, calls are answered discreetly and nothing is posted to your home unless you specifically ask for it.
It depends entirely on the concern. Counselling and medical therapy for sexual difficulties are reviewed over six to twelve weeks. Day care surgery such as circumcision settles in two to three weeks. Hormone and weight plans are measured at eight to twelve weeks. The likely timeline is given to you before you agree to anything.
A full history is taken first, followed by an examination where that is relevant. Blood tests or scans may be advised before any firm opinion is offered. You leave with a written summary of the findings, the options open to you and an honest note on what is unlikely to help.
