Both sit on the western side of the city. One is at Adajan, close to Madhuvan Circle on LP Savani Road, and the other is at Vesu, on Canal Road near Bharthana. Each has its own reception, private consulting rooms and parking close by, so you can pick whichever is nearer to your home or workplace.

Routine consultations run from Monday to Saturday, between ten in the morning and half past seven in the evening. Sundays are kept free apart from planned procedures. Early or late slots can often be arranged if work makes daytime visits difficult, so please ask when you call.

Yes. A first enquiry can be made with only a first name and a contact number. Full details are needed later, when an appointment is confirmed or a procedure is planned, because medical records must be accurate. Until then you can ask as much as you like anonymously.

An appointment is strongly preferred. It protects your time slot, keeps the waiting area quiet and means the consulting room is ready for you. Walk in visits are accepted when a slot is free, but you may have to wait or return later in the day.

Messages sent during consulting hours are usually answered the same day. Anything sent at night or on a Sunday is picked up the next working morning. Email enquiries that need a longer, considered reply may take up to one working day.

Yes. Enquiries are seen only by the clinic care team, never passed to anyone outside it and never used for marketing calls. You can also state a preferred way of being contacted, for example message only, and that instruction is followed.
